Our Work
Educational Talks
Talks that challenge mainstream narratives and open new perspectives
We offer talks on plant-based diets, including how to transition and meet nutritional needs, as well as wider issues connecting food, health, animals, and justice. Topics include animal welfare and rights in the Philippines, food cultures and justice in Iran and West Asia, and the intersections of race, equity, and decolonising veganism. We also address Islamophobia and the role of Muslims within animal rights, alongside climate change and sustainability.
Our talks are available both online and in-person, for schools, universities, corporate events, and community organisations.
What to expect from one of our talks:
Raising awareness about the interconnectedness of systems of oppression
Dismantling those systems by collective action rooted in justice, equity and compassion.
Empowering systemically marginalised people of the Global South to heal and reclaim their sovereignty.
Languages offered:
English
Farsi (فارسی / Persian)
Tagalog / Filipino
